my family and I had a great stay at pan pacific. the deluxe king room was modern and spacious, which made us feel right at home. we loved the heated outdoor saltwater pool and hot tub, especially after exploring the area. the location was perfect, with easy access to shops and restaurants, and we found parking right below the hotel.

the amenities felt a bit geared towards cruise guests, but we still had a lovely time and enjoyed the local eateries instead.

We enjoyed a stunning view from our room and the warm hospitality of the staff during our two-night stay. A highlight was savoring delicious seafood at the onsite restaurant. For couples, I recommend requesting a room away from event spaces to ensure a quieter night.

The stay was highlighted by a spectacular harbor view from the Deluxe Double Room with Two Double Beds, which was both spacious and comfortable. The outdoor pool and hot tub offered a great relaxing experience, complemented by friendly staff and easy access to a nearby food court. However, the food quality at the on-site restaurants fell short of expectations, and there was a lack of information regarding hotel amenities and local attractions, making some things hard to find.

The noise from nearby cruise ships and party boats was disruptive at times, especially when trying to relax by the pool.

We stayed for 2 nights in a Deluxe King Room with Harbor View, and the view was spectacular! The saltwater pool and hot tub were relaxing. The delicious Italian buffet was a real highlight!

Had an awesome getaway with friends! We enjoyed walking the seawall and exploring local shops. The staff was super helpful, and our room was spacious and comfortable. Must check out the Coal Harbour Lounge for great views!

Check-in took an annoyingly long time, over two hours, and initially, the room placement was confusing, resulting in a downgrade to the ninth floor. Soundproofing could use some improvement. you can hear everything from upstairs, even normal conversations, and the heating system can be quite noisy. The room service menu felt a bit lacking, especially for late-night cravings, and the breakfast selection didn’t match the price tag.

Great location near shops and the Cruise Terminal, which made our transition to the ship seamless. However, the rooms felt dated, and the pool area could use some refreshing. Service at the lounge was slow despite the beautiful view.

Beautiful room, friendly staff, the location is perfect for exploring with a short walk to Gas Town and easy access to public transportation right outside the hotel.

This place was just right for our pre-cruise stay! Loved the comfy room and amazing harbor view. The breakfast buffet was nice, but kinda pricey. The only bummer was having to go outside to access the gym. Super convenient for the cruise terminal—luggage pickup from our room was a breeze!
